The Outlook Express Stationery and IncrediMail Letters are for personal use ONLY.  Do not redistribute on websites, include in any collections or CD's, for profit or otherwise.  Do not add to (except music), take apart or change in any way the stationery you download.   Do not use the stationery or parts thereof to make Sig Tags.  Do not remove any links, copyright notices, artists names and/or copyrights or claim the stationery as your own creations.

All of the graphics used on this website are with permission of the original artists, purchased graphics/licenses, researched public domain works, my personal photographs and from royalty free CDs. 

I do not claim any of the graphics used in the stationery as my own, only the creation of the stationery.  The copyright of the original graphic, painting or photo remains with the artists.

I've worked very hard getting artists permissions and making this a legal website.  I'm upholding my agreement with the artists,  please do the same for me.
