Ultimate Topsite Rules

 

Please read *very* carefully!  All rules are strictly enforced.

1)   All sites must contain OE or IncrediMail stats or PSP related items. 

2)   Groups are welcome as long as the shared materials are your own creations. 

3)   The vote banner must be displayed on your site before you will be approved. 

4)   All sites will be checked for content before approval.

5)   80% of site content must be family friendly.  If you have adult content anywhere on your site, it must be clearly marked.  Adult content means nudity, semi-nudity.

6)   No adult only websites or groups allowed.

7)   There are several banner sizes.  Please make sure you which size you're using.  If you change banners or websites, please log in and change the url.  All banners showing with a "red X" will have their banner url removed.

8)   If you lose your username/password, contact us from the topsite link.  We can give you the site ID# and you will be sent your info.

9)   This is NOT a competition.  NO awards are given for being #1.   This list is merely a way to advertise your site.

You will be considered to be cheating if you participate in any of the following:

1)   You are found inflating your  numbers by having people vote for you every day.  IP numbers are logged and checked daily.   You will be warned *1* time.   If it continues after the warning, your site will be removed.  

2)   You are receiving votes in exchange for awards/prizes.

3)   You are a member of a VE BOARD/voting exchange.

If you are caught using any of the methods above, you will be removed and banned with no notice or explanation.
