I hope you enjoy the tiles I have created. You may use the tiles in other media......creating stationery or using as part of a webpage design. We retain full copyright to the Tiles (images).  Wallpaper graphics copyrights are retained by the original creator.

A. YOU MAY:
Incorporate the Tiles (images) in your original work and display, sell, publish, and distribute YOUR finished work in any media.
THIS MEANS: Anything you make that uses one or more of the Tiles (images) as part of a picture for sale, publishing or use in Graphics, Email Stationery, Web pages is fine.

B. YOU MAY NOT:
Resell, sub-license or otherwise make available the Tiles (images) for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or Web page.  This includes posting the Tiles (images) to newsgroups, email groups or tutorials groups.

THIS MEANS: The Tiles (images) may be used as part of Email Stationery or Web page design, but may NOT be made available for downloading separately, a part of a collection or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others. DO NOT make your own CD and incorporate our Tiles (images) for resale or redistribute in their original form on a web page for downloading.

All Desktop Wallpaper may ONLY be used on your personal computer. 
YOU MAY NOT:Redistribute in any form or media, publish to a website, put on CD for purpose of reselling, sub-licensing.  The copyrights of the original photographs used in the making of the Wallpaper will remain with their respective owners.

DISCLAIMER:
1) You, the Buyer, are responsible for the proper use of this CD and the Tiles (images) included within.
2) Under no circumstances shall KaysKreations be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to your computer or and software resulting from the use of this CD.
3) If for some reason the CD is defective, return it within 4 weeks of receipt of the product and we will replace it, but in NO EVENT shall money be refunded.

If you use the Tiles (images) in webset creations, a small link on the page where the Tiles (images) are used would be appreciated, but not required.
