Save your work often!

1. Open your image, duplicate and close the original. Resize and sharpen if needed.

2. *optional* Effects>>>>Plugins>>>>FMTT>>>>Blend Emboss - default settings.
|
|
3. Pick a color from your graphic and set as the
foreground color. I used #B04214.
|
|
4. Selections>>>>Invert>>>>keep
border selected. |
|
|
|
5. Effects>>>>3D Effects>>>>Drop Shadow with these settings: |
|
|
|
6. Select None.
|
|
7. Add a 6px border........background color still
on white.
|
|
8. Add a 10px border........white. |
|
|
|
9. With your border still selected........go to
Effects>>>>Plugins>>>>EyeCandy4>>>>Jiggle. |

|
|
10. Selections>>>>Select
All
|
|
11. Effects>>>>Plugins>>>>Greg's>>>>Blowout
or open Filters Unlimited and choose Gregs/Blowout. |

12. Add a 3px border........select with magic
wand....flood fill with darker color. I used #B04214.

13. Add 10px border........select with magic
wand........flood fill with dark color.........#B04214 |

14. Keep selected. |
|
|

15. If the finished frame is too large to use on a stationery, resize and sharpen. That's it..........you're finished! Hope you enjoyed the tutorial.
