1.  Open any image.  If you'd like to use this one, right click and save to your hard drive.

2.  Resize to 200 x 200 making sure you uncheck 'maintain ratio'.
Sharpen after resizing:  Effects--->Sharpen--->Sharpen

3.  Effects--->Plugins--->Kang1--->The Woven World
Default settings:  136 / 128

4.  Effects--->Plugins--->dsb Flux--->Gears
settings:  8 / 32

5.  Effects--->Plugins--->Simple--->Quick Tile

6.  Effects--->Sharpen--->Unsharp Mask
settings:  1.77 / 30 / 1

**I always use Unsharp Mask.  Using 'Sharpen' will sometimes put
a line around the outside and your tile will not be seamless.

7.  Save as a jpg or gif
