1. Open new image......200 x 200 transparent
Flood fill with color of your choice. I used #8486EA

2. Add a layer........Layers>>>>New
Raster Layer

3. On your color palette, click the triangle
then choose 'pattern' mode. |

4. Open your pattern box and choose a
pattern. I used "Wood Chips". |

5. Click on your Airbrush
and spray some squiggly lines on the layer you added. |

6. Merge layers>>>>Layers>>>>Merge
all (flatten)

7. Go to Effects>>>>Artistic
Effects>>>>Brush Strokes and
apply these settings: |

8. Effects>>>>Geometric
Effects>>>>Twirl and set the
degrees at 194.
|
|
9. Effects>>>>Illumination
Effects>>>>Sunburst. Set
on Upper Left |

10. Effects>>>>Reflection
Effects>>>>Kaleidoscope |

11. Effects>>>>Plugins>>>>Simple>>>>Quick
Tile

12. Effects>>>>Sharpen>>>>Unsharp
mask: settings: 1.77 / 30 / 1
Save as a jpg
**I always use Unsharp
Mask. Using 'Sharpen' will sometimes put
a line around the outside and your tile will not be seamless.
