1.  Open your graphic, duplicate (shift + D) and close the original.
Resize to about 300px in height if it is too large......if resizing.....sharpen afterwards. (Effects>>>Sharpen>>>Sharpen)

2.  Set background color to white and add 3px border.

3.  With you eyedropper   set foreground to a light color from your graphic.
Select border with magic wand (tolerance 0>>>feather 0>>>sample merged unchecked).
Flood fill and keep selected.

4. Go to Effects>>>>Plugins>>>>Gregs vol ll>>>>Pool Shadow and apply these settings then select none.  Your screen may look different than mine as I'm using Filters Unlimited. 

5.  Select a darker color from your graphic and set as foreground.
Add 8px border.......select with magic wand......tolerance 15-20 so that it will pick up parts of the pool shadow border.
Flood fill........keep selected.
Go to Effects>>>>Noise>>>>Add>>>>40% uniform.

6.  Go to Effects>>>>Blur>>>>Motion blur>>>>angle 40 | Intensity 20
Select none.

7.  Select a medium shade from your graphic and set as foreground color.......background color still set on white........add 8px border.
Select with magic wand (tolerance 0)........flood fill with your foreground color.
Effects>>>>Plugins>>>>Gregs vol ll>>>>Pool Shadow>>>>default settings
Selection Invert

8. Go to Effects>>>>3D Effects>>>>Cutout>>>>V & H 2>>>>Opacity>>>> 50Blur>>>>10Shadow>>>>Color: Black>>>>Fill 'unchecked'.
Repeat cutout with V&H -2........Select None

9.  With your background color still on white..........add 12px border.
Select your magic wand........set tolerance on approx 20.
Select border......making sure part of the previous border is included.
If not, play with the tolerance.
Hold down the shift key and click on 3-4 lighter places on the previous border.

10.  Effects>>>>Reflection Effects>>>>Kaleidoscope with these settings:
( or settings for desired effect).
Do not deselect yet!

11. With border still selected.........Effects>>>>3D effects>>>>Inner bevel

12. Selections>>>>Invert
Effects>>>>3D Effects>>>>Cutout>>>>V & H 2>>>>Opacity 50>>>>Blur 10>>>>Shadow color: Black>>>>Fill 'unchecked'.  Repeat cutout with V&H -2......Select none

13.  If you need to resize.........sharpen before saving.

14. Go to File>>>>Export>>>>JPG Optimizer.   I use 15-25 setting. 
Red shades do not compress well, so you may need to lower the compression when using them.
