1. Open new image - 200 x 200 transparent

Effects--->Plugins--->Krustys2--->Generator E-3
Use default settings: 200 / 31 / 58 / 92 / 72 / 201 / 95 / 33

2. Effects--->Plugins--->dsb flux--->Tiler
Settings: 18 / 24 / 0 / 0

3. Effects--->Plugins--->Simple--->4 way average

4. Effects--->Plugins--->Simple--->quick tile

5. Effects--->Sharpen--->Unsharp Mask 1.66 / 40 / 5

6. Repeat step 5 [unsharp mask]

**I always use Unsharp Mask. Using 'Sharpen' will sometimes put
a line around the outside and your tile will not be seamless.

7. Save as a jpg or gif
